Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to Canada, the United States and most countries worldwide. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Free shipping
Orders of $90 or more ship free to Canada and the United States.

Shipping rates
For all other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the service you choose.

Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. You’ll get an email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping service chosen at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees.

Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while, or your parcel hasn’t arrived, email info@opuloral.com and we’ll help.
